Bethel Book Club

Bethel Book Club

Do you like to read and discuss books with friends? Our Bethel Book Club is open to everyone high school age and up, whether you attend Bethel or not. We meet in person in the Omer Lay room (just outside the sanctuary) on the 4th Wednesday each month at 1 p.m., and at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. You may come to either meeting.

We read a variety of books—Historical Fiction, Spirituality, History, Biography, Mystery, etc., and the discussion is always lively and interesting. This past fall, we read a novel by local author and bookstore owner Alex George, of Skylark Bookshop, and then enjoyed a visit by Alex to discuss his book with us.

Book selections for 2024 will include  A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles (February); and The Lincoln Conspiracy by Brad Meltzer (March). Have questions or need more information or the zoom link? Contact Connie Edwards.
